Installation Guidance

For a long-lasting installation, the tiles should be fixed to a suitable, stable wall substrate using an adhesive system appropriate for porcelain and the intended environment.

For exterior installations, ensure the substrate, adhesive and installation method are suitable for external use. Good adhesive coverage should be achieved behind each tile, following the adhesive manufacturer's recommendations for preparation, application and curing.

Due to the variation within the design, we recommend mixing tiles from several boxes during installation. This helps distribute the different light, medium and dark grey pieces naturally across the finished wall.

Colour & Pattern Variation

Ordino Grey is intentionally designed with significant variation between individual tiles. Expect a mixture of light grey, silver, mid-grey and charcoal tones, together with differences in the stone-effect pattern and detailing.

This variation is an intentional part of the product's appearance rather than a defect. We recommend viewing a sample before ordering and mixing tiles from different boxes during installation for the most balanced finish.

Batching & Future Availability

Porcelain products are manufactured in production batches, and slight variations in shade and appearance can occur between batches.

We recommend ordering sufficient material to complete your project in one order, including an allowance for cuts and wastage, as additional quantities purchased later cannot be guaranteed to provide an exact batch match.
