Welcome to Paving Central. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paving Central. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, products and services (the “Services”) to supply paving and associated materials to customers across the UK.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (including our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy), govern your access to and use of our Services.

By visiting, browsing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a legal guardian.

To place an order, you may be required to provide personal information including billing, payment and delivery details. You confirm that all information provided is accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity conducted under it. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another party.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & PRODUCT APPEARANCE

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and imagery are accurate. However, paving products are natural or manufactured materials and variation is inherent.

Product Appearance Disclaimer

  • Images on our website are illustrative only

  • Colour, tone, texture and finish may vary due to:

    • Natural variation (especially with stone)

    • Manufacturing batches

    • Lighting and moisture conditions

    • Screen and device settings

    • Installation methods and weathering

We do not guarantee that products will look exactly as shown online or match previous orders.

👉 We strongly recommend ordering a physical sample or viewing products in person before placing a full order. Differences in appearance are not grounds for return, particularly once goods have been delivered or installed.

All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment has been received and confirmation issued.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Due to the nature of paving products, we may be unable to amend or cancel orders once accepted, particularly where goods have been allocated, split or dispatched.

Returns and cancellations are governed solely by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES & BILLING

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time the order is placed.

Prices exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorise us to charge the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & INSTALLER BOOKING

All delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Timing

  • Customers may select a preferred delivery date, however this is indicative only

  • We strongly recommend allowing at least 5 additional working days beyond the selected date before scheduling installers or groundwork

Installer Booking Disclaimer

Paving Central accepts no liability for:

  • Lost labour costs

  • Installer or contractor downtime

  • Cancelled or rescheduled works

  • Delays caused by late, rescheduled or part deliveries

👉 Installers should only be booked once paving has arrived on site and been checked.

Delays & Damages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers or pallet networks

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic or mechanical failure

  • Events outside our reasonable control

We are also not liable for project delays caused by damaged slabs or replacement deliveries.

Risk passes to the customer once goods are delivered or collected, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Paving Central and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available”. We do not control or endorse these tools and accept no liability arising from their use.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or policies. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Paving Central is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases are made directly between you and Paving Central. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, products, delivery or disputes. You expressly release Shopify from any claims arising from transactions made through our store.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

Any feedback, reviews or suggestions submitted grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them for business purposes without compensation.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability or delivery information at any time without notice.

All products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding exact colour matching, uniformity, suitability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paving Central shall not be liable for:

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Lost working days

  • Installer or contractor costs

  • Project delays

  • Consequential or indirect losses

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paving Central and Shopify from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Paving Central and supersede any prior agreements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
