At Paving Central, we believe sourcing paving should be simple, transparent and built around quality not compromises. The business was founded after it became increasingly clear that product quality across the paving industry was declining, while prices continued to rise. Too often, customers were being sold paving that looked good online but failed to meet expectations once delivered or installed. Paving Central was created to offer a better alternative high-quality paving products at fair prices, backed by honest advice and dependable service.
While Paving Central is a new brand, our experience is not. Behind the business is over 15 years’ experience importing and supplying paving and construction materials from Europe, India and China, working closely with manufacturers, exporters and installers. That experience shapes every product we sell and every piece of guidance we give.

What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted if requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within a further 14 days, provided goods are unused and in their original packaging; return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Split packs, clearance items and made-to-measure orders are non-returnable, and any breakages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to ensure batch consistency can be maintained.
What do I need to know before delivery?
Paving is delivered on a pallet via HGV with a pallet truck, so clear access and a suitable hard, level offload area are required; deliveries cannot be carried over gravel, slopes or steps.
No HIAB / Crane delivery .
When will I get my order?
Orders are delivered from as little as 3 working days, with express options of 1–2 working days available, and customers can select their preferred delivery date before checkout. All products are held in UK stock and delivered by pallet via HGV with tail-lift offload, though some areas of Scotland and Wales may require longer lead times.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. The majority of paving comes from India however we also supply paving from Spain , Italy , Portugal and China .
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order, and you’ll always see the full delivery price before proceeding to checkout. Most customers in mainland England qualify for free delivery, with small additional charges of £10–£40 per pallet applying to some harder-to-reach postcodes.
